It's very convenient because rice is dispensed simply by placing a bowl. The machine consistently dispenses the same gram amount for small, medium, and large servings, so anyone can achieve the same results. What used to take 10 seconds to serve can now be done in half the time, greatly improving work efficiency.
Point 1: Portion Control
The machine accurately controls portions for small, medium, and large bowls, making rice management much easier. As a result, rice waste over the course of a day has been reduced.

When our sales were struggling, I happened to visit a restaurant making fresh noodles in-house with a machine. The noodles were so delicious that I immediately thought, "This is it," and started looking for a machine.
The noodles I had at the restaurant mentioned earlier were made using a Fujiseiki machine. We currently use two Compact Pasta Machine II units alternately, allowing us to produce 68 servings per hour.

We previously struggled while trying different business concepts such as bakeries and yakiniku restaurants, but after discovering noodles we could confidently build our restaurant around, our business finally got on track.

When opening our ramen restaurant, we were concerned about operating noodle-making equipment.
The same machine had already been introduced at our main store (Mensen Shoyubo Shuhei), and since we had a good experience using it during training there, we decided to install the same model. The noodle-making guidance during installation was also easy to understand, and the maintenance support gave us peace of mind.
The machine is equipped with safety features, and now anyone can produce noodles with consistent quality. Another reason we are glad we introduced the machine is that Fujiseiki's maintenance service and noodle-making guidance were thorough and easy to understand.

We wanted to serve original, natural noodles without food additives, so we went through a great deal of trial and error.
It all started when we discovered the Compact Roll Noodle Machine (RMT) at a trade show. As discussions and demonstrations progressed, Fujiseiki proposed recipes and noodle matching ideas that showcased the machine's performance, which gave us confidence in choosing them.
We liked that when increasing production capacity, we could add connected compact machines according to production needs instead of introducing a large machine. By switching to original noodles, we also became more confident in explaining the noodles to our customers.

We had already been considering making our own noodles in-house and had been searching for a machine that matched our needs.
Compared with other machines, we were attracted by its ability to produce high-hydration noodles with a higher water content. We serve additive-free ramen without any artificial seasonings, and because we are particular about our noodles as well, we were pleased to create exactly the noodles we envisioned.
The roll width and settings are clearly displayed on the panel, making thickness adjustments easy and helping us create our ideal noodles. We currently use the machine in our central kitchen to produce noodles both for our restaurant and for frozen noodles sold online.
